Tool & Press Design
H&T Battery Components rely on in-house tool manufacturing and press building capabilities. Tools are designed in-house and manufactured either in our own local tool shops or at our group-sister company H&T Tool Design. H&T ProduktionsTechnologie is H&T’s in-house manufacturer for tailor-made-deep-drawing and cupping presses and metal forming equipment. This combination of specialized machine and tool building capabilities as well as the knowledge and experience of a day-to-day mass production leads to constant developing equipment for component manufacturing.

Our washing process and all optimized process media guarantee constant unvarying surface conditions – inside of the can aligned for graphite coating for highest battery performance, outside of the can for best handling and feeding at high-speed battery manufacturing lines. This not only optimizes performance in subsequent processes but also reduces environmental impact through minimal water and energy consumption.
